If it is a condition of the sale that the mobile home be moved you will need to complete a Property Tax Certificate of Mobile Home Movement (PDF) and obtain a movement permit. More information about the movement requirements are available in our Moving a Mobile Home (PDF) document.
  • Auditor’s Office: In both instances, you will need to complete the process for titling the mobile home in the new owner’s name in the Auditor’s Office, Vehicle Licensing Division. The property taxes must be paid in full before the processing of either the excise tax affidavit or obtaining the movement permit.
